Huntsville State Park Campout May 3-5, 2024
Please register your scout and any adults who'll be attending.
All PASM adults should register as the patrol for which they are a PASM. All other adults should register as Goats patrol.
EXTENDED Registration Deadline: Sunday April 21 28, 2024, 10pm

The Basics
What: Troop 54 Campout at Huntsville State Park
Where: Huntsville State Park, located at 565 Park Road 40 west, Huntsville, TX 77340, 75 miles from SJD, about 1.5 drive on a Friday afternoon
Facilities: water, restrooms, shower, electric, picnic table
When: Friday, May 3
Departure Friday, May 3 from St. John the Divine (2450 River Oaks Blvd, 77019) via vans
Van seats are first come first serve for max of 24 scouts in the vans and 3 goat drivers, REGISTER EARLY
Assemble at St. John Divine on River Oaks Blvd at 5:30pm
Departure 5:45pm SHARP, DON'T BE LATE!
Bring a dinner and drink in a leak-proof container to eat on the van ride to camp
Return Sunday, May 5 at troop warehouse at 5936 S Loop E Fwy, Houston, TX 77033 via vans
Return at approximately 10:30am (actual ETA will be sent-out on day of travel)
Viper Patrol has load-out / load-in duty for this campout
Load-out is on Wednesday, May 1 at 7:00pm at the warehouse.
If you plan to drive separately, please indicate your approximate arrival date/time. Scouts are NOT allowed to drive themselves to a campout. Please let the Campmaster know if your drop off or pickup dates/times will be different.
You MUST check-in with the Campmaster when arriving and leaving camp.
Fees:
Van Riders
$50 for scouts riding in the van - Only 24 spots - Register Early!
$35 for the adults driving the van
Car Riders
$35 for scouts carpooling (not riding in the van)
$35 for adults carpooling or driving themselves
